A LOVE TOKEN

I have the first part of a short story I'm writing in a book my friend RIcardo made with nice photos and words. You can read that HERE. It works better though if you bug Ricardo for a copy :).

I feel like he "stands"(obviously not in the literal sense; note the levitation picture above) for something bigger than music/art/whatever. People think I'm whack for being so into his shit but like does anyone else kinda feel me on this one? The picture is from his blog everyone should follow that.

"Not Worth Reading"

This is the piece thats getting published in the Chapman Literary Journal thing. I submitted two but apparently stories about killing yourself (at the end the narrator decides making people laugh is reason in itself to keep living) aren't up to par with Chapman's standards. But Stories that make next to zero sense are. If some how you take the 4 minutes out of your busy lives to read it, feedback would be much appreesht. Fuck it.

Kubla Kahn

Sorry about all the Romantic poetry and shit but its what im reading since I dont have time to read all the children books I would LIKE to read (i.e. The Very Persistent Gappers of Frip).

Iron Maiden did a cover of "Rime of the Ancient Mariner", so you know it's good shit. After I read Kubla it didn't do much for me until we talked about it in class. Coleridge did hella opium so he was all messed up and thought of the story and before he was done writing it some asshole knocked on his door to collect a debt forever fragmenting the piece.

So why show this to you? Instead of being confident like like Woodsworth or Blake he's a little more insecure and talks about what it takes to get to the creative side of yourself and to be great at something. I swear I'm going to post something fun to read soon.
