Both the photos and the cover are by a photographer I just discovered named Micheal Schmelling and the book is something I got from a siq bookstore in Venice Beach, CA. Can't remember my name but I left my wallet there on accident and had to go back and get it. Very friendly people and a very adorable maine coon kitteh. I've posted George Saunders before so I think we know how I feel about him.
